After an order has been received in our system, a processing time of 1 to 2 business days is required to review the order. Shipments are sent using United States Postal Service as a First Class, Priority, or Priority Express Mail package (depending upon customer’s preference). Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouse and fulfillment center located in Chicago, IL or Jenison, MI. Typical shipping times may vary from 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday) after processing times, this does not include any potential for inclement weather, holidays, or backorders. We ask that you please inquire with your location legislation before submitting your order.
If a backorder takes place, we will do our best to notify you of the backorder and provide the estimated next shipment date. Orders marked completed will be given tracking information in a form of an email that is sent automatically to you. Please check your spam inbox if you do not receive this tracking information or you may write to email@example.com.
Merchandise Returns may be accepted (excluding “final sale” or “as-is” items), within 60 days of the date of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by an original receipt or proof of purchase that can be validated in our system. We reserve the right to refuse or limit Returns for any reason. In the event we elect to honor a refund without proof of purchase, we will issue a partial credit based on the lowest historical selling price for the Returned merchandise. You will be limited to $250 in non-receipted Returns within a 90-day period (excluding defective merchandise). All Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
Once we have received your Return and it is inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your Return. We will also notify you of the Return amount and any partial credit amounts, and your Refund will be processed. If for some reason you have not received your Refund 14-days after you receive this email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When marked at purchase, Gifts are shipped directly to the recipient. If you receive a Gift and need to make a return, ship us your item or items and once we have received the return and it is inspected, we will directly mail to you a Gift Certificate to be used online. If not marked as a Gift at purchase, the Gift-giver will receive the refund to the original form of payment, and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping is non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the Shipping cost for your return.
Merchandise must be in its original condition and in its original packaging, or merchandise must be defective. We reserve the right to refuse any item that is damaged or missing parts unless it is due to manufacturers error. If an item is defective or deemed damaged by the manufacturer, we will replace and exchange that item for you. Perishable goods, such as food cannot be Returned.
